By releasing Lyons for not much, the Crows have become weaker. One of three clubs not to bring in new faces.Brisbane:In: Jack Frost (Collingwood)Out: Pearce Hanley (Gold Coast)Draft order: 3, 16, 21, 22, 76, 78, 96Flirted with trading captain Tom Rockliff but couldnt attract a suitable offer. Black could be a good bit of business.Gold Coast:In: Pearce Hanley (Brisbane), Jarrod Witts (Collingwood), Jarryd Lyons (Adelaide)Out: Dion Prestia (Richmond), Jaeger OMeara (Hawthorn)Draft Order: 4, 6, 8, 10, 73, 98Held firm with their demands for OMeara and were rewarded. Two all-time heroes have left the club before their time, and their first pick in the draft is 88.Melbourne:In: Jordan Lewis (Hawthorn), Michael Hibberd (Essendon), Patrick McKenna (GWS)Out: Lynden Dunn (Collingwood)Draft Order: 47, 69, 84, 102Christmas came early for the Demons when Lewis fell in their lap, and Hibberds arrival strengthens their backline. Jake Melkshams availability gives Melbourne fans a summer of dreaming before the 2017 season.North Melbourne:In: Paul Ahern (GWS), Nathan Hrovat (Western Bulldogs), Marley Williams (Collingwood)Out: Daniel Wells (Collingwood), Aaron Black (Geelong)Draft Order: 11, 32, 33, 87, 92Hrovat and Williams add depth to a club hitting the reset button. The loss of Wells and Black for peanuts wont help North Melbournes rebuild.Port Adelaide:In: N/AOut: N/ADraft Order: 14, 17, 30, 31, 85, 103Oh dear. With far from an ideal list, werent able to manufacture any interest in contracted players like Hamish Hartlett. The only club without any player movement but have four picks in the first 31 choices.Richmond:In: Dion Prestia (Gold Coast), Josh Caddy (Geelong), Toby Nankervis (Sydney)Out: Ty Vickery (Hawthorn), Brett Deledio (GWS)Draft Order: 27, 56, 82, 100Brought midfield mates Dion Prestia and Josh Caddy together and boosted ruck stocks but lost a key forward. At 29, the Tigers wont be too upset to see Deledio leave Punt Road given their new-found midfield muscle.St Kilda:In: Jack Steele (GWS), Nathan Brown (Collingwood), Koby Stevens (St Kilda)Out: N/ADraft Order: 23, 36, 61, 86, 104Another happy trading team. Vardy will spend the year deputising for Nic Naitanui and the Eagles can look back on a productive week.Western Bulldogs:In: Travis Cloke (Collingwood)Out: Joel Hamling (Fremantle), Nathan Hrovat (North Melbourne), Koby Stevens (St Kilda)Draft Order: 18, 26, 50, 75, 80, 112Took their sweet time but finally landed Cloke on the final day - now to see how he fits in. Reassurance came from Paul Tesori, his caddie and close friend whose newborn son is in intensive care in a Florida hospital. Caleb Swanigan Blazers Jersey . The Oilers come in having lost five in a row (0-4-1) and 16 of their last 20 games, dropping a 2-1 decision to the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday. FRESNO, Calif. -- Gripping tiny slices of sheer rock and hoisting himself up 3,000 feet with only his strength, Adam Ondra quietly inched his way up one of the worlds most challenging rock walls and into the record books, a spokesman for the climber said Tuesday.Ondra, a 23-year-old from the Czech Republic, took eight days to finish the free-climb up the Dawn Wall of the famed El Capitan in Californias Yosemite National Park.He completed the second-ever free assent of the wall Monday, said John Dicuollo, a spokesman for Black Diamond Equipment, which sponsors Ondra.Nearly two years ago, U.S. climbers Tommy Caldwell and Kevin Jorgeson were first to chart and conquer the route, a feat that took the pair 19 days. Its like being a proud parent, in a way, Jorgeson said Tuesday, honored that Ondra was drawn to the challenge. Thats the point: To raise the bar so someone else can do the same thing and stand on our shoulders.Unlike climbers who need more elaborate equipment, free-climbers use their strength and ability to grasp tiny cracks and lips on the granite rock with their fingertips and toes. They use ropes and harnesses only for safety to catch a fall.Throughout the climb, Ondra took to social media to post about the cold, soaking rain and the pain from the granite wearing down the skin on his fingers. He also celebrated victories.Hard to find the words to describe how I feel, he wrote on Instagram as he neared the top. We made it up to the Wino Tower and no more hard pitches guard my way to the top. I could not have asked for a better day.Ondra, pictured in jeans and a T-shhirt pumping his arms after completing a difficult stretch of the climb, was not available for comment.ddddddddddddDicuollo said Ondras cellphone was off as he celebrated by resting.Ondra completed the climb in his first visit to Yosemite Valley. He arrived in mid-October, spending several days practicing some of the walls most harrowing sections, before launching the formal climb on Nov. 14.To rest, Ondra and his team pitched tents suspended on the walls sheer face towering hundreds of feet above Yosemite Valley. The park -- famous for its grand views, giant sequoias and pristine meadows -- is known for attracting daredevil adventurers from around the globe.Ondra had already distinguished himself as the first to hold two world championships in climbing, his sponsors said. Earlier this year, he also completed his university degree in business management. He closely monitored Caldwell and Jorgesons accomplishment in early 2015, drawing on inspiration from their climb to attempt his own, his sponsor said.Yosemite climber and historian Ken Yager said there is no doubt that Ondra is the strongest climber alive today. Yager, however, credits Caldwell for taking years to chart the path up the Dawn Wall, the most difficult of several routes that climbers can take up El Capitan.Hopefully, Adam, with his skills, will come back and pioneer his own route, Yager said. He can push it to his own level. Hes got the skills to. Its whether he has the desire, too. ' ' '
